  I was originally put off by the previous negative review, but since the guest house accross the road was booked up I gave this place a go. The chap who greeted me was friendly and helpful, if not exactly professional. The room itself (single en-suite) was large, clean, warm, well presented, with everything provided that you'd expect. Great value for money in my opinion.
