  I would give less than one star if I could. We turned up at the shop at 3pm on Sunday 26th November. The shop was due to close at 5pm. We asked the man working how long the wait is and he said 45-60mins taking us to 3:45-4:00pm. He then said he won’t have time to cut anymore hair even though there was at least an hour left. My feeling is if you’re are open till 5 you should be accepting customers at 3:45/4pm. This isn’t the first time this has happened the workers just seem like they are counting down the time till they leave. Won’t be using Supercuts ever again as the service is so poor! If you advertise you are open till 5 you should be open till 5 especially as all we wanted was a cut nothing special.
